An old time small cabinet specimen of Botryoidal Malachite from the classic Brixlegg mining area in Austria. The Malachite forms a lustrous bubbly surface of banded colour from a deep impenetrable green to a pastel green. Having formed on a light coloured rock breccia cemented by veinlets of Calcite. A fine specimen from the location.
