A generous crystal specimen of a euhedral cluster of partly to completely replaced Azurite. The specimen is from one of the most famous location for Malachite pseudomorphs after Azurite, at the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. The sharply developed crystals of Azurite measure to 2.5cm with a lovely deep royal blue lustrous colour. The pseudomorphed crystals of Azurite are mostly concentrated around the base of the specimen, and grading upwards to unaltered crystals of Azurite. The Malachite replaced crystals have a silky lustre with shades of green, and radiating surface to them. A great specimen of the pseudomorph from the mine.
