An absolutely stunning depiction of cyclic twinning in Marcasite, from the Chalk Cliffs at Cap Blanc-Nez, France. The specimen shows excellent pentagonal outline composed of five twinned Marcasite crystals. The central area of the pentagon has a cluster of sharply formed twinned Marcasite crystals on both sides of the specimen. The specimen having metallic yellow-white colour. A fine Marcasite from the area.
