A fine crystal specimen of Marcasite from the Cap Blanc-Nez, France. The Marcasite has a ball like form with well developed spear habit crystals measuring to 0.8cm. Crystals of Marcasite display excellent twinning with a light brassy yellow colour. The Marcasite sits aesthetically atop a plinth of white Cretaceous Chalk
