A neat specimen of Mimetite from the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. The Mimetite forms a open group of three well terminated tapering crystals measuring to 1cm tall, and display a parallel growth habit. Associated with several more Mimetite crystals. A pleasant light yellow colour is apparent with a great lustre. The matrix is a mixture of reddish Goethite and Dolomite. Micro crystals clusters of pale yellow-green of an undetermined mineral is in association.
