Very bright metallic yellow veins of Native Gold cut through a white veinstone Quartz, and forming raised platy ridges above the Quartz. The white Quartz matrix also has areas of black acicular micro-crystals which look like Tourmaline, with associated Pyrite. The specimen is from the 16 to 1 Mine, California, USA.
