Excellent clusters of wire Native Silver richly intergrown with crystallized Argentite and Calcite from the Warnow Mine, Shaft 366, Germany. The curled wires of Native Silver are aggregated in areas measuring to 3 x 1.6cm. Having a very pleasing coppery red patine, giving excellent contrast against the metallic grey Argentite (Acanthite), and the white Calcite. The Argentite forms an intergrown accumulation of partly developed crystals, with somewhat block rhombic crystals of Calcite. A terrific silver specimen from Germany.
