An excellent specimen of Sulphur from a classic Sicilian location. The specimen displays four parallel intergrown stepped crystals in an inverted 'V'-like presentation, on a small amount of bituminous-Sulphur matrix. The Sulphur crystals are well formed measuring up to 5cm, with a pleasing luster, some crystals showing hopper development. The crystal colour is a typical yellow for the species, and display a near gemmy transparency. A fine example of Sulphur from Agrigento.
