Pink Smithsonite

ID: CC20
Rich pink rounded crystals of Cobaltoan Smithsonite encrust a heavy matrix, covering about three quarters of the specimen. The Smithsonite crystals are gemmy with satiny lustre, and measure from 2mm to 15mm in width. There are a few rubs on specimen, but the colour, gemminess and coverage of the Smithsonite crystals still make it a worthwhile addition to any collection. A classic from Tsumeb.
