Excellent deep ruby red crystals of Proustite with flashes of neon ruby red are seen generously investing the specimen from the Schlema mining area in Germany. Crystals of Proustite are seen as single prismatic crystals measuring to around 5mm. And as larger aggregated crystal areas measuring to 1cm+. The Proustite has formed on and in a mixed matrix of Dolomite-Calcite. A fine rich Proustite specimen from this old German mining area.
