Pyrite

ID: CC1435

Recently incredibly bright specimens of Pyrite have come out of the Merelani Hill diggings, we have been able to procure a number of the best Pyrite crystals from the location. The double crystal specimen we have to offer on our website is typical of the find. The mirror bright light metallic yellow crystal displays a combination of the Pyritohedron and Cubic faces with further modification by the Dodecahedral face. A small amount of Calcite with Graphite is associated with the Pyrite crystal. Stunning for its sharpness and mirror like lustre.
