A fine specimen of two intergrown cubic crystals of Fluorite from one of the UK's last working Fluorspar Mines, namely Cambokeels. The larger of the Fluorite crystals is preferentially coated on two faces by micro-crystals of cubo-octahedral Pyrite, which has a wonderful copper to gold colour with iridescent rainbows. The lustrous Fluorite crystals measure to 3.4cm on edge and are translucent to gemmy, with thin purple colour zones apparent through the more prominent crystal. Attached to the other crystal is lustrous prismatic milky Quartz crystals to 1.1cm. A fine specimen of Fluorite from this mine.
