Rich fan-like groups of radiating acicular crystals are the feature of this Pyromorphite from the German location of the Friedrichssegen Mine. The vertical lustrous needle-like crystals lead upwards to groups of Pyromorphite crystals grown at various angles across the terminations of the acicular crystals. The Pyromorphite has a rich clove brown colour surmounted by the darker brown criss-crossing crystals. A neat specimen from the mine.
