Rich bright yellow crystals of Pyromorphite from the Broken Hill Mine, NSW, Australia. Crystals of lustrous Pyromorphite measure to almost 5mm are abundantly inter grown on the display face of the specimen. The Pyromorphite has formed on a partly stalactitic Goethite with an earlier phase of colourless micro Pyromorphite crystals. The matrix is an alternating Goethite white rock. A pleasing specimen of Pyromorphite from the mine.
