Quartz

ID: CC5821

A well-formed crystal of Quartz dominates the specimen from Switzerland, we have no specific Swiss location on this specimen. But it is such a fine specimen of Quartz we have included it. The main crystal of Quartz measures to 6.3cm tall, and has a sharply developed termination, is colourless gemmy to translucent. Associated with several further Quartz crystals on a sandstone feldspar matrix.
