Quartz Var Amethyst With Epidote

Very lustrous crystals of Amethystine Quartz with pistachio green Epidote from the well known Mexican location of Las Vigas. Crystals of Quartz measure to 2.4cm tall. The colour is from colourless to translucent white at the base of the crystals rapidly passing upward the purple. A druse of Epidote makes for a great contrast with the Amethyst crystals.
