A super terminated specimen of Smoky Quartz in a parallel formation from the Goboboseb Mountains, Namibia. Crystals of Smoky Quartz measures to8cm tall with excellent sharp termination. The crystals have milky white base rapidly becoming the gemmy Smoky colour, and showing the internal growth zones to advantage, with inclusions of a light coloured clay. At least one of the internal cavities has a movable bubble, which is to small for us to photograph. A neat specimen from this classic location.
