A fine small cabinet specimen of Rhodochrosite from the classic Japanese location at the Oppu Mine, Honshu Island. Baby pink rounded stalactites of Rhodochrosite form a prominent area on the specimen. Edges of the specimen show a banded growth structure, with hollows lined with micro-crystal druse. A neat specimen from the mine.
