A well formed pink sphere of Rhodochrosite is the feature of the specimen from the Mun. de Sultepec area of Mexico. The main sphere of Rhodochrosite measures to 3.1cm in diameter, inter grown with three partly formed ones. The supporting matrix is a druse of colourless Quartz crystals with greenish crystal blocks of Muscovite. A pleasing specimen from a seldom seen location.
