Very characteristic specimen of 'Bow Tie' Siderite from Wheal Owles, St. Just, Cornwall. Crystals of Siderite have an hourglass habit measuring to 6mm +, clustered and scattered in a drusey Quartz cavity, on a banded smoky-white Quartz with Goethite matrix. Excellent Siderite crystals of the variety from the mine.
