Extremely well developed disc-like crystals of Siderite in the variety Fish Scale habit, from the Virtuous Lady Mine, Buckland Monachorum, Devon. Crystals of translucent clove-brown Siderite with rare reddish areas, measuring to 1.4cm looking a little like a tortoise shell domed form. The Siderite has developed over milky white crystals of Quartz, a classic from this very old World renowned Mine.
