Skutterudite

ID: CC1459

A gorgeous specimen of Skutterudite displaying particularly well formed crystals, from the Aghbar Mine, Morocco. Crystals of Skutterudite display a cubo-octahedral form measuring to an average of 1cm. A very bright metallic silver colour is seen to the highly reflective crystal faces. Areas are associated with the typical translucent white Calcite. A brilliant small cabinet specimen of Skutterudite from the mine. The specimen also comes with a Richard W. Barstow white collection label
