A great Smithsonite from the world class location of Chihuahua, Mexico. The Smithsonite has a fine silky luster playing across the botryoidal surface. The pretty pastel pink colour has lilac overtones. The underside of the specimen is largely hollow resulting from the natural dissolution of the Limestone matrix. Fine colour and form in this specimen.
