A classic Smithsonite from Broken Hill featuring pearlescent 'teardrops' of Smithsonite on velvety dark grey columns of Coronadite. The Smithsonite is translucent smoke-grey, with a lovely chatoyancy. The tears measure to 5mm, forming as singles and groups and radiating clusters. An attractive classic specimen from Broken Hill.
