Symesite In Mendipite

We have to offer a single example of this very rare species Symesite in Mendipite from the type locality at Merehead Quarry, Somerset, England. The Symesite is indicated by a red arrow as a lustrous pinkish micro mass surrounded by yellow Paralaurionite and white to pink Mendipite. Symesite is a rare combination of a Lead Oxychloride with Sulphate. From the only confirmed location for the species, very few specimens have been identified.
