Two rare Borate species on this specimen from Panel 848, Boulby Mine, Loftus, North Yorkshire. Rare white radial acicular micro-crystal groups of Szaibelyite are seen scattered amongst the crystal terminations of Volkovskite. The Volkovskite forms the major part of the specimen as lustrous translucent platy crystals with orange-red Fe-oxides. A rare find at the mine made by Dr David Green.
