Tennantite on Blister Copper

A mass of sparkling crystalline metallic growths of Tennantite encrust botryoidal Chalcopyrite (var Blister Copper). The Tennantite has excellent coverage of 5cm x 4.5cm area. The Blister Copper botryoids measure to 8mm, and has iridescent hue around the edges of the specimen. This is a very good display specimen for a Cornish Tennantite - the sparkle has an official rating of 'bling'.
