The specimen displays a central crystal of Tetrahedrite pleasingly framed between two prismatic colourless gemmy to translucent white crystals of Quartz. A specimen from the Castrovirreyna Province, Peru. The crystal of Tetrahedrite measuring to 2.4cm is actually an inter-growth of two crystals, with a bright metallic grey lustre, with triangular growth pattens. Resinous brown crystals of Sphalerite are seen below the Tetrahedrite crystals. A fine combination specimen.
