A fine display of Tourmaline from the Nuristan Province in Afghanistan. Many lustrous prismatic crystals of Tourmaline have formed a parallel arrangement measuring to an over all 7.6cm tall. Pinacoid terminated Tourmaline crystals are gemmy to translucent and have an unusual orange-yellow colour, with zones of pink. Here and there on the Tourmaline crystals are creamy white areas of Mica.
