A brightly coloured, parallel growth of prismatic Willemite crystals on this fine miniature from the Tsumeb mine. The lustrous lemon yellow crystals form a group measuring to 2.5cm tall with a pair of crystals grown out at an angle of 45% from the main crystal aggregate. The Willemite is overgrown by a minute druse of micro-crystals of scalenohedral Smithsonite. A cute specimen from the celebrated Tsumeb Mine, in the desired colour for Willemite.
