An old time specimen of gemmy prismatic crystals of Willemite from the zinc mining district of Franklin, Sussex Co, USA. Tinted yellow crystal sections measuring to 2cm abundantly protruding and enveloped in the surrounding matrix. The matrix is predominately a dense brown 'Chloritic' mineral with micro-crystals of black Franklinite, white Calcite and spots of an orange undefined mineral, with probably other Franklin mineral species.
