Crystals of orange Wulfenite on this small cabinet specimen from the Chah Khouni Mine, Iran. The Wulfenite crystals are bright lustrous gemmy to translucent richly covering the matrix. Crystals of Wulfenite have a square platy habit with truncated edges. Formed on a matrix of cellular sugary white Quartz. Scattered and clustered rounded crystals of orange to yellow Mimetite can also be seen on the specimen, with red Minium mostly on the underside.
