A fine colourful gem purple Fluorite crystal specimen from the Cambokeels Mine, Weardale, Co Durham. The specimen of Fluorite is dominated by a large twin measuring to 3 cm and colour zoning in shades of purple, with a nest of further Fluorite crystals on a Quartz matrix. There are some imperfections apparent quite typical with specimens from this mine.
