In modern times Imiter mine in Morocco has produced some of the classic silver sulphosalt species usually only seen in historic European and American collections and has even produced new and exciting species. This beautiful very large minature Proustite is not the isolated individual crystals often seen from Imiter, but a rich glossy aggregate which when illuminated displays that so desirable rich blood red colour and superb greasy lustre. A fantastic Proustite by any measure. Ex Nick Hawes collection.
