A very shapely 5.7 cm long, off matrix bladed, chisel-shaped Cerussite crystal from the famous Tsumeb mine in Namibia. The crystal is in remarkably fine condition with just one small chip out of an edge near to, but not quite at its termination. The only other damage is around its base. The main 'prism' faces and termination are quite glassy and display nice internal colour zoning in horizonal bands with a larger pale cream coloured opaque area near to its base. Ex David Hardman collection (no. 1618), probably dating to the 1970s, or earlier.
